We’re three friends, Rico, Angivin, and Jean united by a deep love for food and a shared vision: to create a food market that people could trust, savour, and remember.

• Rico Chelin, our Managing Director and Executive Chef, brings decades of experience in multicultural cuisine. He curates each stall with a chef’s eye — seeking not just flavour, but soul in every dish.

• Angivin Gunasehar, our Strategic Lead and Culinary Consultant, ensures that each vendor meets our gold standard. With a background in airport lounges and premium hospitality, he knows how to craft truly elevated food experiences.

• Jean François, our Marketing and Promotions Specialist, shapes the brand you see today. With global experience across Europe and Australia, he builds meaningful campaigns and events that connect community to culture.
